1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors.
3. Execute training programs for new hires and existing staff, including Sephora 101 sessions.
4. Respond promptly to client feedback and resolve issues using Sephora’s client feedback tools.
5. Participate in the hiring process and manage interviews for direct reports.
6. Align store teams with goals, opportunities, and trends to drive performance.
7. Demonstrate and promote Sephora values such as client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
3. Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Two to four years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
