1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services within the store.
2. Develop and lead Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams.
3. Execute training for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
4. Respond to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
5. Participate in the hiring process and manage direct reports.
6. Align Beauty Advisors with store goals and trends.
7. Demonstrate Sephora's values and engage employees.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
3. Talent identification and development skills.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
