1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
2. Develop and lead Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Execute training for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors, including facilitating Sephora training sessions.
4. Ensure timely response to client feedback and address client-related issues.
5. Participate in the hiring process and manage interviewing and hiring for direct reports.
6. Align Beauty Advisors with store goals, opportunities, and trends.
7. Demonstrate Sephora values and foster employee engagement.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

2. Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
3. Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
