1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
2. Develop and lead Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams to achieve company objectives.
3. Execute training for new and existing Beauty Advisors, including facilitating onboarding sessions.
4. Ensure timely response to client feedback and address client-related issues.
5. Communicate hiring needs and participate in the hiring process for team roles.
6. Align Beauty Advisors with store goals, opportunities, and trends.
7. Demonstrate Sephora values and foster employee engagement.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
