1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services in the store.
2. Oversee the development of Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams.
3. Execute training for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
4. Ensure timely response to client feedback and address client-related issues.
5. Participate in the hiring process and manage direct reports.
6. Align Beauty Advisors with store goals, opportunities, and trends.
7. Demonstrate Sephora's values and engage with clients and staff on the sales floor.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
3. Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
4. Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
