- Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services in the store.
- Develop and lead Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams.
- Execute training programs for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure timely response to client feedback and resolve client-related issues.
- Communicate hiring needs and participate in the hiring process.
- Align Beauty Advisors with store goals and trends.
- Demonstrate Sephora values and foster employee engagement.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve client feedback effectively.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
