1. Oversee all on-stage Worlds, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Manage service, class, and event execution within the store.
3. Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members are trained and perform Sephora services to standard.
4. Execute cast training and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
7. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
8. Promote Sephora values including client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.

1. Artistry skills in makeup and skincare.
2. Leadership and coaching abilities.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to train and develop team members.
5. Proficiency in executing retail operations.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
