Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution align with Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators and cast members to enhance service delivery.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with in-store experts for product and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
- Demonstrate Sephora values and drive employee engagement.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexible availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
