1. Oversee all on-stage Worlds, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Manage service, class, and event execution within the store.
3. Ensure Services Coordinators and cast execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
4. Facilitate training sessions and ensure cast members receive appropriate product, category, and brand training.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Conduct custom makeovers, mini-makeovers, and skincare services as needed.
7. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
8. Demonstrate Sephora values, including passion for client service, innovation, and teamwork.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
