Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members perform services according to Sephora's selling model, achieving and exceeding company objectives.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast, partnering with in-store and district experts to ensure comprehensive product, category, and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches, maintaining a coaching culture within the store.
- Demonstrate artistry skills through conducting custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) regularly, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
