Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio effectively.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store experts for product training.
- Participate in the selection and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with clients and staff.

- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
