- Oversee all on-stage Worlds, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
- Manage service, class, and event execution within the store.
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast, partnering with store and district experts.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services, demonstrating artistry skills.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) regularly, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
- Promote employee engagement by embodying Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
