Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio effectively.
- Execute cast training and collaborate with store experts for product and brand education.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
- Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
Compensation ranges from CAD$20.00 to CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
