1. Oversee all Worlds on-stage, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
3. Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio effectively.
4. Execute cast training beyond Daily Dose sessions.
5. Partner with store and district experts for product and brand training.
6. Facilitate Sephora training sessions.
7. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
8. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services.
9. Act as Director in Charge within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
10. Demonstrate Sephora values, including Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
