Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all Worlds on-stage, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to effectively manage the Studio and drive services daily.
- Partner with store/district experts to ensure cast receive appropriate product, category, and brand training.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture by selecting, training, and certifying SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Demonstrate artistry skills through conducting custom makeovers and skincare services.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) regularly, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
- Promote employee engagement by demonstrating Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, and Teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
