- Oversee all on-stage Worlds, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring seamless service and event execution.
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast adhere to Sephora's service standards and selling model, delivering exceptional client service.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators, ensuring effective management of the Studio and daily service operations.
- Collaborate with store and district experts to provide comprehensive product, category, and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches, maintaining a high standard of coaching culture.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services, demonstrating artistry skills and passion for beauty.
- Act as the Director in Charge (DIC), engaging with cast and clients to enhance the in-store experience.
- Promote Sephora's values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork, fostering a positive work environment.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
One to three years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
