- Define the technical architecture trajectory for Loyalty and Promotion initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
- Collaborate with the product manager during the scoping phase of new omnichannel Loyalty and Promotion features.
- Identify and assess global technical impacts prior to application-specific segmentation.
- Estimate integration impacts, implementation pathways, and workloads for project delivery.
- Conduct detailed technical impact analysis with technical leaders for micro-estimation.
- Coordinate teams to ensure delivery aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for Loyalty and Promotion to enhance scalability, performance, and monitoring.
- Test and approve technical changes with the assistance of technical leaders.
- Promote architectural frameworks and delivery best practices, including quality, CI/CD, and resilience.
- Challenge partners on technical solutions and delivery timelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM Loyalty and Promotion omnichannel context.
- Proficiency in Promotion and Loyalty Engines such as Maxxing Sapphire.
- Expertise in MVC architecture, GCP, and Node/React JS.
- Knowledge of web services including WADL/WSDL, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in CRM Loyalty and Promotion within an omnichannel environment.
