1. Assist in the preparation of Employee Representative Bodies (IRP) meetings, including agenda management, meeting convocations, and preparation of meeting documents.
2. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting meeting minutes.
3. Manage the formalities related to the filing and publication of company agreements and participate in the implementation and monitoring of negotiated measures.
4. Oversee the management and tracking of hours and travel expenses for employee representatives.
5. Support Human Resources Managers in handling individual employee cases from a legal perspective.
6. Monitor social legal developments and draft the monthly internal 'Social Minute' for the HR team in France.
7. Participate in information sessions and workshops organized for HR Managers and operational staff.
8. Manage and track global reporting, such as labor inspection letters and CSE inquiries and inspections.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in social law.

1. Organizational and rigorous approach with proactive problem-solving abilities.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
3. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Excellent written communication skills with impeccable spelling.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in social law is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law (Bac +5).
