Sephora Social Media Marketing Intern

- Contribute strategically to monthly social media content planning sessions and brainstorms.
- Track and analyze month-over-month content performance analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Identify and pitch TikTok trends and reactive marketing opportunities aligned with Sephora Canada's objectives.
- Conduct YouTube discovery to understand content consumption patterns of Canadians and inform strategy.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns focused on entertainment and shareability.
- Assist in content creation spotlighting Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage the Sephora Canada Content Calendar and schedule postings using DashHudson.
- Draft weekly copywriting briefs, maintaining Sephora's tone of voice.
- Support in concepting, filming, and editing social-first videos that align with business priorities.
- Attend monthly social media shoots at various locations.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing or Communications, enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
- Ability to work full-time hours and adhere to a hybrid work policy.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge and passion for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Interest in social media analytics for content optimization.
- Experience in filming and editing social videos using apps like TikTok and CapCut.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with social media content creation and analytics is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing or Communications.
$23/hour with a monthly stipend of $150, less deductions.
