- Assist in the content creation cycle from publication calendar to content approval.
- Evaluate and ensure creative and engaging content for social media.
- Publish and schedule content on social media platforms.
- Interact with the online community by monitoring and responding to comments on social media.
- Learn to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Learn about e-commerce and influencer marketing strategies, including coupon creation.
- Assist in content production for Sephora and brand events.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
- Interact with other Sephora departments, brands, and suppliers supporting social media activities.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communication fields.
- Knowledge of content production and functionalities of major platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media monitoring and social listening tools is a plus.
- Agile, connected, and trend-aware profile.
