1. Assist in the content creation cycle, from publication calendar to content approval.
2. Ensure creative and engaging content for social media platforms.
3. Schedule and publish content on social media channels.
4. Engage with the online community by monitoring and responding to comments on social media.
5. Learn to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
6. Support e-commerce and influencer marketing strategies, including the creation of promotional coupons.
7. Participate in content production for Sephora events and brand activities.
8. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
9. Collaborate with various departments within Sephora, as well as with brands and suppliers supporting the social media team.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communication fields.

1. Knowledge of content production and functionalities of major platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and social listening is a plus.
4. Agile, connected, and trend-aware profile.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
