Sephora Social Media Executive

- Collaborate with the Social Community Manager to develop a trend-led content calendar that aligns with Sephora's tone and social KPIs.
- Create and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, ensuring cultural relevance for both Arabic and English audiences.
- Curate and adapt visual assets from brands and partners for social media optimization.
- Stay informed about platform trends and innovations to continuously bring fresh content ideas.
- Attend events and shoots to generate behind-the-scenes and real-time content.
- Coordinate with internal departments and brand teams to align social media content with business priorities.
- Manage communication with social media agencies and oversee community moderation.
- Analyze social media performance and compile reports to inform future strategies.
- Support administrative tasks including PO/invoice processing.
- 1+ year experience in a social or digital media role, preferably in beauty, fashion, or retail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
- Collaborative and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
A minimum of 1 year in a social or digital media role, with a preference for experience in the beauty, fashion, or retail industries.
