Sephora Social Media Communication Assistant

- Support the development of multi-media purchasing strategies across Europe, including digital, press, outdoor, TV, and radio for Sephora in France and the UK.
- Collaborate on briefs for external partners and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate media investment strategies, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Work with the media agency to implement institutional communication campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of internal media materials and KPI tracking tools.
- Coordinate with the European advertising team on creative adaptations and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
- Conduct competitive monitoring in collaboration with the media agency.
- Track the performance of digital campaigns and prepare end-of-campaign reports.
- Coordinate campaign plans and schedules with Co Ads and Sephora Collection teams.
- Enrollment in a communication or business school, preferably at the M2 level.
- Previous experience in a media or creative agency with an interest in the beauty industry.
- Strong creative and analytical skills related to media performance.
- Proficiency in digital formats, including social media and display advertising.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and teamwork capabilities.
- Adaptability and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional writing skills and web media buying knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
A first experience in a media or creative agency is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or Business.
