Sephora Social Media Assistant

- Contribute to the development of the EU editorial calendar in alignment with business priorities and social media trends.
- Manage a portfolio of brands and support their activations across Europe.
- Develop social media content plans to support brand activations and brief all European Sephora markets.
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, both behind and in front of the camera.
- Participate in content publication, animation, and moderation of Sephora France's social media pages.
- Engage in cross-functional social media projects, including brand events and meetings with brand founders.
- Create reports and track KPIs for social media campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new trends to maintain Sephora's leadership in beauty on social media across Europe.
- Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in marketing and/or communication.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and social media.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Curious and trend-savvy, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Motivated, proactive, and organized, with project management skills.
- Content creation skills, including unboxing, swatches, and event coverage.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and comfort with numbers.
- Fluent in English, as most communications are conducted in this language.

A solid initial experience in social media is required.
Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in marketing and/or communication.
