- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring seamless planning, publication, and optimization of campaigns across all channels.
- Build and nurture a strong online community, engaging with followers and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and address concerns or issues promptly.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.
- Conceptualize and deliver creative ideas for video, imagery, and paid assets that resonate with the audience.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and is produced with originality, quality, and consistency.
- Champion Sephora’s tone of voice across all content touchpoints and guide internal and external copywriters.
- Lead the planning and delivery of video content for brand events and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with the Content Producer and external suppliers to manage briefs, shoots, editing, and approvals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and cultural conversations, identifying timely engagement opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience in brand storytelling and performance-driven messaging.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, cultural trends, and analytics.
- Ability to ideate and guide image and video production for social and digital content.
- Proactive and organized mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.
