Sephora Social Media and Community Assistant

- Contribute to the development of the EU editorial calendar in alignment with business priorities and social media trends.
- Manage a portfolio of brands, supporting their activations across Europe in English.
- Develop social media content plans to support brand activations and brief all European Sephora markets in English.
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, both behind and in front of the camera.
- Participate in content publication, animation, and moderation of Sephora France's social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Engage in cross-functional social media projects, including brand events and meetings with brand founders.
- Create reports and track KPIs for social media campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new trends to maintain Sephora's leadership in beauty on social media across Europe.
- Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in marketing and/or communication.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and social media, with a strong understanding of influencers.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Curious and trend-aware, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Motivated, proactive, and organized, capable of leading projects directly with brands.
- Skilled in content creation, including unboxing, swatches, and event coverage, with proficiency in editing tools.
- Comfortable with analytics and data interpretation.
- Fluent in English, as most communications are conducted in this language.

A solid initial experience in social media is required.
Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in marketing and/or communication.
