Sephora Social Impact Manager

- Manage day-to-day operations for Employee Match and Volunteer Programs, including Sephora’s annual Volunteer Month and Community Impact Program.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for internal giving campaigns, developing annual campaign plans and overall strategy.
- Implement strategic processes to streamline initiatives across the company, including logistics, communications, and data analysis.
- Build strong relationships with employees across various locations, actively seeking feedback to enhance programs.
- Pilot new engagement approaches, evaluate effectiveness, and scale successful strategies.
- Manage budget and process invoices, maintaining a budget tracker for an annual budget of approximately $2M.
- Partner with DEI and Marketing teams to engage strategic and community partners in key initiatives.
- Develop creative campaigns and storytelling moments to inspire participation and highlight impact.
- Support data collection and reporting for CSR and DEI impact metrics, assisting with annual impact reporting.
- Provide logistical support for Social Impact events and manage Sephora’s product donation program.
- 4+ years of experience in implementing and scaling programs such as volunteer initiatives or cause-marketing campaigns in a corporate environment.
- 4+ years of operational experience in program execution, logistics, and process improvements.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Background in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and Zoom.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4+ years of experience in social impact or corporate social responsibility roles, with a focus on employee engagement and community impact.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
