Sephora Social Content Associate

- Manage the planning, development, and execution of social content for Sephora campaigns and evergreen content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assist in managing Sephora and Sephora Collection social priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing and Merchandising.
- Community manage Sephora and Sephora Collection social content, optimizing captions and text overlays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and build strategic social content plans.
- Analyze and report on the performance of Sephora Collection social content, recommending optimizations to enhance engagement.
- Leverage insights to elevate Sephora Collection social content to iconic levels.
- Partner with global Sephora Collection teams on launches and initiatives.
- 1+ years of social media experience, preferably in consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty sectors.
- Proficiency in social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with familiarity with emerging platforms such as Reddit and Substack.
- Creative disposition with strong writing skills.
- Experience in enhancing captions, text overlays, and community interactions with engaging content.
- Experience in a highly collaborative and process-driven environment.
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing social media landscapes.
- Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
- Analytical skills for performance analysis and optimization.
- Passion for social media and content creation.
1+ years of social media experience, ideally within the consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty industries.
The annual base salary range is $75,000.00 - $84,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
