Sephora Social & Community Marketing Manager

- Develop and manage community engagement strategies to enhance brand consideration and social share of voice across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Oversee and expand influencer programs, including micro, nano, and mid-macro influencers, in collaboration with local marketing teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with influencer and brand ambassador programs.
- Create and deploy regional community toolkits for trend-led marketing campaigns, maintaining Sephora's brand codes and expressions.
- Analyze and report on engagement metrics across owned and earned social platforms using influencer marketing data.
- Innovate and test new ideas to improve community engagement and marketing execution.
- Serve as the primary community contact for brand partners, advising on influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage regional agencies and budgets, ensuring efficient invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships within the organization, including marketing, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Demonstrate Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
- Experience in PR events is advantageous.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong management and leadership skills.

- International exposure and understanding of team culture and dynamics.
