1. Educate clients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
2. Stay informed about new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
4. Support team members with expertise in skincare as a specialist.
5. Assist in achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare or skin services.
2. Previous sales experience.
3. Leadership experience is favorable.
4. Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to educate and inspire clients.
3. Strong observational skills for trends and product knowledge.
4. Reliability and consistency in attendance.
5. Adaptability to changing store priorities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare or skin services is required.

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

$28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
