1. Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
2. Stay informed about new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
4. Support team members by utilizing skincare expertise.
5. Create emotional connections with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in skincare or skin services.
2. Sales experience with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Certificate or diploma in skincare (highly desirable).
4. Leadership experience is favourable.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to react to situations in-the-moment and adapt to changing store priorities.
3. Passion for skincare and beauty products.
4. Inspirational and bold style.

Previous experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred, along with sales experience.

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

$28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
