1. Educate clients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
2. Stay informed about new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
4. Support team members with skincare expertise and leadership.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.

1. Previous experience in skincare or skin services.
2. Sales experience with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Certificate or diploma in skincare (highly desirable).
4. Leadership experience is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to educate and inspire clients.
3. Strong observational skills for identifying skincare needs.
4. Adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Passion for skincare and beauty trends.

Previous experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred, along with sales experience.

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

$28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
