1. Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering Sephora's skincare selection.
3. Create emotional connections with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
4. Support team members with skincare expertise and leadership.
5. Stay informed about new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques.

1. Previous experience in skincare or skin services.
2. Sales experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Leadership experience is advantageous.
4. Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

1. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to educate and inspire clients about skincare.
3. Keen observation of skincare trends and product knowledge.
4. Adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Minimum of 3 years in skincare or related services.

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

$29.64 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend & public holiday loading.
