1. Educate clients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
2. Observe and stay informed about new products and the latest skin trends and techniques.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
4. Support team members by leveraging expertise in skincare.
5. Create emotional connections with customers to help them discover Sephora's skincare selection.

1. Previous experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred.
2. Sales experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Leadership experience is favorable.
4. Certificate or qualification in skincare is highly desirable.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to educate and inspire clients.
3. Keen observation of skincare trends and techniques.
4. Reliable and consistent attendance.
5. Adaptability to changing store priorities.

Previous experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred. Sales experience is also beneficial.

Certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare are highly desirable.

$28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
