- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products and trends.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Leadership or management experience in the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on skincare.
