Sephora Skincare Manager

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the Sephora Attitude.
- Provide coaching and training to achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
- Manage floor operations to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to analyze results and propose action plans for improvement.
- Drive skincare sales targets and overall store objectives, reinforcing sales policies and techniques.
- Ensure operational excellence through adherence to policies and procedures regarding products, merchandising, and store operations.
- Motivate and develop the team through daily coaching and performance feedback.
- Analyze market conditions and propose strategies to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of store operations and customer service.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with proven sales and service success.
- At least 2 to 3 years of team management experience.
- 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced skincare knowledge.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Digital orientation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
- Strong training and coaching skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with a focus on sales and service, and at least 2 to 3 years in team management within the beauty industry.
Bachelor’s degree.
