- Develop and implement acceleration strategies for the skincare brand portfolio across the EME region.
- Analyze market trends to set priorities and create differentiation for Sephora's skincare offerings.
- Collaborate with Global Offer teams to shape international strategies and category differentiation.
- Manage brand portfolios to maximize sales, ensure profitability, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Source and identify emerging brands and trends to enrich the skincare category.
- Lead the development of new concepts to enhance product offerings and optimize business levers.
- Oversee category management, including assortment optimization and budget monitoring.
- Provide distribution recommendations to increase productivity and track market changes.
- Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with the Regional General Manager.
- Manage a team, including a launch coordinator, ensuring strategic support for brand portfolios.
- Lead global multi-axis cross-functional projects autonomously.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing within the skincare category.
- Demonstrated natural leadership and strategic vision.
- Fluency in English with an international profile.

5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing within the skincare category.
University degree or business school graduate.
