- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance team skills in selling, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear performance goals for team members.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver expert skincare and fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily operations of skincare and fragrance departments, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to optimize store performance.
- Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on skincare and fragrance.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and fragrance products, ingredients, brands, and trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues, such as lateness and performance concerns.
- Comfortable using technology in-store for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer engagement.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons as required.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, particularly focusing on skincare and fragrance.
