1. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance selling skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance goals, and create personalized development plans for team members.

10. Oversee daily operations of the skincare and fragrance departments, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
11. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
12. Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to optimize store performance.
13. Maintain Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and health and safety protocols.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on skincare and fragrance.
2. In-depth knowledge of skincare and fragrance products, ingredients, brands, and trends.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
7. Comfortable using technology in-store for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer engagement.
