1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation and customer satisfaction.

2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
4. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
6. Proficiency in using technology for inventory management and sales tracking.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Leadership or management experience in the beauty or retail industry, particularly in skincare and fragrance.
