- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills in selling, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Deliver expert skincare and fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

- Support new store openings by assisting with merchandise setup and stockroom organization.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on skincare and fragrance.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and fragrance products, ingredients, and trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in using technology for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Leadership or management experience in the beauty or retail industry, particularly in skincare and fragrance.
