Sephora Shop Manager

- Lead and manage the customer journey and operational service management within the store.
- Translate service vision into actionable plans to achieve and exceed service targets.
- Develop and implement store service plans to maximize sales and KPI performance.
- Provide coaching and training to the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
- Manage floor leadership to ensure optimal client experience.
- Utilize digital tools to deliver customized service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the Area Manager in analyzing results and proposing action plans.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Drive sales targets across various product categories and create improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures regarding operations and merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability and report to Head Office to prevent stockouts.
- Align with Category Departments on shelving plans and communicate changes to the team.
- Analyze market conditions and propose strategies to drive sales and improve business KPIs.
- Recruit, develop, and manage team talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Facilitate team meetings and oversee performance assessments and training.
- Maintain an exceptional store image and ensure team adherence to Sephora's guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in store management.
- Advanced product knowledge and intermediate health and safety knowledge.
- Proven success in a managerial role.
- Advanced English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
- Digital orientation and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to manage and develop teams.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and dynamic environments.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in store management within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree.
