1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
7. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for other associates.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.

3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Flexibility and interest in cross-training.
5. Proactive approach to business needs.

Relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in warehouse management systems.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $21.70 - $23.20/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
