Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate and assign work tasks to departmental associates to meet productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
2. Monitor work progress against established standards and provide feedback for improvement.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and monitor work activities.
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Train associates in duties as per the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
7. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for other associates.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. College degree or equivalent work experience.
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Basic math skills.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Effective problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other work areas.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Professional demeanor and proactive approach to business needs.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within a distribution or warehouse environment.

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
