1. Coordinate and assign work tasks to departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Monitor progress of work against established standards using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
3. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
4. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
5. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
6. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other areas.

Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications is required.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
