1. Coordinate and assign work tasks to departmental associates to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
2. Monitor work progress against established standards and provide feedback for improvement.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and monitor work activities.
4. Ensure adherence to safety and security standards, including compliance with OSHA regulations.
5. Provide training to associates in accordance with the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Facilitate effective communication across shifts and manage inventory flow.
7. Maintain excellent attendance and set a positive example for associates.
8. Adapt to flexible work schedules and fulfill overtime requirements as needed.
9. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.

1. Effective problem-solving abilities.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Basic math skills.

Relevant work experience in a distribution center or similar environment.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
