1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and balance inventory.
4. Facilitate communication across shifts and ensure seamless workflow.
5. Train associates in duties as outlined in the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
7. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for other associates.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Flexibility and interest in cross-training.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Professional demeanor and proactive approach to business needs.

Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar applications is required.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40/hr with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
