1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to balance inventory and manage workflow.
4. Communicate daily work goals and coordinate action plans with team members.
5. Monitor and provide feedback on associates' performance, fostering improvement and development.
6. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
7. Ensure compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, reporting any violations.
8. Maintain exemplary attendance and set a standard for other associates.
9. Adapt to flexible work schedules, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
10. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Effective problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in various work areas.

Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar menu-driven applications is preferred.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour. Certain work schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
