1. Coordinate and oversee shift operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
2. Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
3. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage workflow.
4. Balance inventory and facilitate communication across shifts.
5. Provide training and feedback to associates to enhance performance.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Maintain exemplary attendance and flexibility in work scheduling.
8. Deliver high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems or similar applications.
2. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in various functions.

Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
