1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
2. Assign and prioritize work tasks to achieve operational goals.
3. Monitor work progress and provide constructive feedback to associates.
4. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other in-house computer systems.
5. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
6. Train associates in accordance with the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
7. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety regulations.
8. Uphold company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
9. Maintain exemplary attendance and set a positive example for associates.
10. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.

3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in various work areas.

Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
