1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
3. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to balance inventory and manage workflow.
4. Facilitate communication across shifts and with other departments.
5. Train associates in accordance with the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
6. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety regulations.
7. Maintain exemplary attendance and flexibility in work scheduling, including overtime as required.
8. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.

Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications is required.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay ranges from $21.70 to $23.20 per hour. Certain schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
