Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Work closely with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks to others and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Prioritize and assign work tasks to achieve work goals.
6. Communicate daily work goals and coordinate against defined action plans.
7. Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
8. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
9. Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
10. Report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
11. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
12. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for other associates.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and interest in cross-training.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar applications is preferred.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $21.70 - $23.20/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
