Sephora Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate and oversee departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards using various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
3. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
4. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
5. Ensure compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules and policies.
6. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for other associates.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. College degree or equivalent work experience.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other work areas.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with Warehouse Management Systems.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
